All the Quilleute rivers including the Bogachiel are a trickle right now - well below the historical mean. I doubt this rain will bring it up much. Sol Duc was shin deep behind my house.
Coho are trapped in the Quilleute (now closed) below Leyendecker until we get a lot more rain.
Bogey access is easy upstream in the park which will be very low water. I wouldn't expect much much salmon action up there yet and zero salmon fishermen. Take my input with a grain of salt though as I rarely go south of Thriftway these days.
For the same purpose, I'd be looking at the upper Sol Duc above the hatchery. Also low but more scenic IMO, steeper pool-drop structure.
At least in the lower-end of the rivers, I've found a skittered foam-bodied Stimulator or similar to be fun and productive for searun cuts, think grassy cutbacks.
