Big game saltwater 60 degree jig hook?

I am looking for the jig hook equivalent of the Gamakatsu SL12S and it doesn't seem to exist from the top fly hook brands. The closest I can find are the Gama J60 Crab and the Ahrex SA254. Both top out at 1/0 and I am looking for a 3/0 or 4/0. There is an Eagle Claw that I have bought in the past that is garbage. Has anyone tried the Mustad 32824NP?

Gamakatsu JIG 90 Heavy Wire round bend comes in 4/0. #60414-25. You could convert them to 60 degrees.

These look less strong than the SL12S so I would not trust them for powerful fish like adult tarpon or GT.

I actually have some of those and some jig 60s. I really like the jig 60s for a LMB jig I tie. I used to tie it on the jig 90 but my hookup rate sucked with that hook. Switching to the 60s seemed to really help. It is also a bigger hook I guess. I just pulled some out and compared the wire diameter to a SL12S. This is a size 1 jig 60 next to a 1/0 SL12S and a 1/0 jig 90. Why is the 1/0 jig 90 smaller than the size 1 jig 60 - just so frustrating to me - same damn company. A 2/0 jig 60 might be a decent choice. I would think it would be plenty strong for golden dorado. Just would rather have a shorter shank.

The JIG 60 4/0 extra wide gap hooks look good. I need to buy a pack of these.

I went to Sportsman's the other day to get some more of the Gama 60 jigs. They didn't have them anymore but had some Umpqua X series jig hooks - XS 506 BN. Lighter wire and larger barb than a SL12S so I think breaking the hook at the barb is a possibility. I bought a pack of 2/0s. Will stick one in a rock with 20# and see which breaks first :).

How big do you want the SA254 to be, we helped design that hook!
