Followed Thin White Rope on a northwest tour once, three shows in five days and got guitar picks from the guitarists and a very rim-shot shredded pair of drumsticks at the last show. I asked the bass player for his thumb but he wouldn't give it to me. Pussy.😉😆

Took acid at the monster's of rock at the kingdom 1989, Van Halen, Scorpions, Metalica, Doken, and a buch others. Was very intense to say the least.

Every time the lights came on, every single person there knew I was HIGH AS F$CK :ROFLMAO: o_O 🫣

The Cult last Saturday at the Little Creek Casino.
Show was pretty good. Set list was great.
Really no bad seat in the house.

First Lollapalooza at the King County Fairgrounds was the first time I dropped at a large festival. Only real freak out was when a member of the Butthole Surfers pulled a shotgun and shot a blank for a sound effect. At least made the rain tolerable.

We didn’t have money for tickets so we sat outside, but early 90s there was a Fugazi/Joan Jett show at the U Maryland Armory. We ‘went to it’ to hear Fugazi but Joan Jett rocked out and was for sure the winner of that night!
Also i went to a P-funk all stars show that was memorable for sure!
Last but not least R-A-M-O-N-E-S!!!

Nirvana at the OK Hotel in 91... I was 16yo, rode my bike there from the north end of elliot bay, magnolia area. The venue was all ages, but there was a bar out front and older dudes would buy me beer. Kurt Cobain jumped off stage to punch a skin head, first time Smells Like Teen Spirit was played live. I was downtown every night while my parents were out sailing around the San Juans for spring break. Cant believe they trusted me enough to leave me alone in Seattle for a over a week. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Sonic Youth and Nirvana at the Melody Ballroom in PDX '90 was another incredible experience. As well as their show with Pearl Jam/RHCP at the Salem Armory laterin 92, they were huge by then.

I guess you could say i was a Nirvana fan... That year would make a great "direct to vhs/coming of age story"... Dorky skater kid from redneck town discovers rock and roll, girls, and subsequently himself... It was all downhill from there. :ROFLMAO:

Saw them several times, GBV is the best live pop band.....ever.😆 The Doug Gillard era was killer, what a riff monster. Don't think so? Queue up 'Everywhere with helicopter' and turn it up!

I was so desperate to go to this concert but we had family friends from Australia arriving that night and my parents wouldn't let me go.

They get to our house and John said what was going on at that big dome, looked like a lot of people, some event?

Punched right in the nuts, my parents couldn't stop laughing.
