Bend area suggestions?

Heading to Bend next weekend. I’ve never fished there. Two day golf tournament Tuesday and Wednesday but Monday and Thursday, as well as golf day afternoon’s are open. Anybody have walk and wade suggestions? Could bring a float tube and fins if that would help.
I will enquire at local shop but thought some here might be able to help with prep.

Crane Prairie coming into shape. Going to be a warm week coming up, so the hatches/fishing should pick up. CP is 45 mins from Sunriver, add 25 mins from Bend. Easy tube put in on the Quinn River campground boat ramp, the hundred yard channel in front of the ramp leading to the lake body and the 'dead tree' forest just past it a fave for float tubers. I biked alongside the Big D upriver today, still running high and off color.

So many opportunities….. within 25-30 minute drive of great fishing adventures.
Lakes and rivers. Check with local fly shop on regs, rivers/lakes/ …and flies to use. Deschutes/Fall/ Crooked/ CP/East/
And many more. Good luck!!!

@Piscihound, In reading your post, I gather the dates are 25 June through 01 July? If it was this week, I would offer to show you what little I know re the Upper D for an afternoon/evening session; but next week (25 June on) I believe we will be on our cross country trek (TBD).
