There are many times I am thankful to live remote... no neighbor behind the house (north facing deck)...

Already hot but there is a good breeze, and the deck chairs at vents!

Now I am getting heavy rain... and have had 10 lightning flashes and thunder, 3 miles away closest so far.

20 degree temperature drop... 93 to 73 in last hour

Of course, in a dry year, it rains the day I'm getting a new roof. I hope the underlayment is mostly waterproof! The rain has stopped, but still some big thunder clouds here SE King Co. I hope everyone else gets rain. Dry lightning sucks!
