BC lakes in Sept/Oc?

Just Hatched
Hi everyone - I'm planning a week-long fly-fishing trip in late Sept or early Oct. I'll pull my camper trailer and bring pontoon boats.

I'm looking to fish lakes that have the option to keep a fish or two for dinner.

I'll be driving up Hwy 97 from Tonasket into BC and hope to camp and fish for a couple of days on two different lakes. The closer to the US/BC border, the better, but I'm willing to drive a way for good fishing.

I've been looking at Phil Rowley's videos for recommendations on lakes but could really use some help from the experts (or experienced rookies) on this site.

Please recommend a few lakes I should research. Thanks in advance for all your help!

Check out some of the Trip Reports here on PNWFF. They should help some also...
