Two guys responsible for introducing me to bamboo rods came to the ranch to fish local lakes. @Para_Adams and @Dave Westburg joined me for a couple of days. We fished two local lakes. Dave had never been to either one. So it was a new experience for him. Ron on the other hand is an old hand for both of them. We all did well, pulling some nice feisty fish out of the water. When we were not fishing, we got to know each other a lot better, enjoyed some drinks and some good food. It was a short trip for both of them and I hope they come back again in the fall when they have some more time.
