Anyone own a Hardy reel..?

Just looking at getting a Hardy Averon 7000 for freshwater. I will be putting it on my 7 weight with a WF floater and a spare spool for a sinktip.

Just wondering if anyone owns one and can give an opinion based on use.

I find these reviews from Trident Fly Fishing to be about as good as they go.

In response to the thread title, I was gonna' say, yeah, I might have a couple. But I've never even heard of a Hardy Averon. All my Hardys are of the spring and pawl design with no disc drags. So, sorry, can't help ya'.

Yeah about 25 of em, mostly Perfect's and Bougle's, can't speak of that one.
