Anyone know a phone number for Tenkara Rod co.

An older friend of mine is curious about Tenkara. He very recently, bought a Tenkara Rod from these guys. He broke a section of the Rod yesterday and wants to possibly replace just that section. My friend cant find a phone number to contact the Tenkare Rod Co.. Anyone here have any business with this Company? If so, are they customer friendly?
