Been slow to good to great in the central sound, depending on the day. Not much size wise.
Having lousy tides every other weekend doesn't help.
I'm heading south this weekend in hopes of encountering some bigger fish, though the tides aren't great. Hoping for a bit of wind and clouds this weekend.

Thanks @Stonedfish We'll be over on the canal this weekend. I don't do a lot of salt water this time of year so I wasn't sure what others have been experiencing. Smaller fish have been what most people I talk to seem to be running into. The tides look decent for the beach I have in mind so we shall see!
I have been out of town the last couple of weeks but was starting to find some decent fish in 9 and 10 on the Kitsap side the couple weeks prior to that. So far, this year has been comparable to years past IMO.
I’ve got some work to do on my kitchen remodel this weekend but will be out Sunday….if my new obsession with bass does not lead me astray .
Twas beautiful day yesterday. We fished an area between two creeks that both were adding off color water to the area. First fished larger baitfish patterns to try to avoid the smaller fish, but the younger fish were the only thing around. Too windy to good topwater. A number of Pile perch were a fun by catch. All in all it was nice day out, but I'm looking forward to Fall/winter before getting after them again.
