Another lake falls victim to the WDFW policy of: "Never Leave Well Enough Alone"

My drive up brookie lake is south of Seattle.

Maybe because you have to leave pavement and drive on a dirt road, not to many people fish it.
 
I should have mentioned it has tiger trout too.

I'm glad to hear that you guys caught some of the elusive brookies. They do, however, seem a little small and underfed compared to years past, did you get that impression when you caught them?
 
The good news is that I'll never have to make that long dusty miserable drive up there again. The bad news is that I'll never get to enjoy the beauty and spirit of those brookies in their fall colors again. Damn!

False. Someone is gunna have to see if the Brookies everyone else caught grow up next year😁
