If you’re in Seattle, Uwajimaya is the place. If in Shoreline, Town & Country Market at 155th and Aurora has them. Not sure about their Mill Creek and Ballard locations.

T&C inventory is tailored to the local community, and Shoreline has lots of Asians. Their Asian food section, though not as big and wide ranging as Uwajimaya’s, does a really good job of covering the bases.
