Advice on fly fishing in Europe

Ok PNW fly fishing brain trust!

Doing my first trip to Europe and after all the tourist stuff hoping to have a few relaxing days at the end of the trip. Fly fishing would be a massive bonus!! I am researching for quaint-rural places to unwind for 5-7 days before headed home where some fly fishing can happen.

Proximity to Barcelona would be nice however not imperative. Willing to take a flight out of Barcelona (July 7) if need be…Even Ireland is on table. Scandinavian countries?

Haven’t been yet personally, but If I were in Barcelona I’d personally look into the Pyrenees region which has great opportunity. Catalonia offers quite a bit of fly fishing options though, just do a quick google search and you should be able to find a lot of information.
 
Sea Trout in the Baltic Sea, or Browns and Grayling in Italy...only places I looked into
Both were fun, although the Italy fishing had a better lunch...
Upper Teverre is where I was.
