Well no trophy but such a great time! Saw a bunch of friends that couldn’t believe I still have my truck and met a ton of cool car guys and gals! My son and his family came and bought me lunch, my 5 year old granddaughter Buggie wanted to hear my truck with the headers open….kinda scared her. But after I shut it down she smiled, priceless! I told her daddy gets it next then I’m really leaning on putting it in my will for her…..

So true Old406Kid! Especially since I finally got my truck back after a year and a half build last Tuesday. But still some shiny bling wouldn’t hurt my feelings either…..it’s all good!
Great to hear you had a wonderful time and connecting with so many in your extended family.
As a fellow car show attendee and displayer, I fully understand what it means to connect with others. As a result of car shows I found a group of others that just enjoy taking their rides out for an evening trip.
I have won best in class several times. Those trophies gather dust. I do not enjoy competing, I enjoy showing and educating others.
You might create a storyboard that shows that dreams do come true. With your artistic creativity and quality skills, it could be a game changer.
