As some of you may know, I purchased the remaining inventory of the Powell Rod Company from the Powell family in Chico this March of last year. I’m slowly going through and seeing what all I have.

I am also starting a small scale building operation with an experienced builder and can offer some custom builds on the Performance Ply blanks. These builds are done with all original Powell components and completely to Press Powell spec. Including the labeling. Feel free to ask about the models available. These builds are priced at $450 and include a tube.

Most of the rods in the first post are gone. I’ve got some NOS Performance Ply rods ready to roll though…

I have some new build (Powell spec, all Powell components) Performance Ply rods for sale. Trout season sale price on these is $350 shipped. Amazing rods on blanks rolled for Press by Performance Composites/Graphite USA in San Diego.
