2001 was when they won 116.
Nice record, but still haven’t even won a ALCS. One of the worst run professional sports franchises in my opinion.

Well they made it to the bottom. I keep wondering why they still have that manager. A month ago they were 11and 6. Since then they have gone 7 and 21. I don't think I will waste anymore of my brain space on this team.

A decision I made about 10 years ago. Mariners-professional losers. Dave Sims-professional mangle mouth. Nothing here folks, time to move on. Maybe move the team to Oklahoma City and rename them the Oklahoma City Blunder.

Many years ago Bill Murray played baseball in Aberdeen for the Grays Harbor Loggers while on summer hiatus at SNL in the 70's. True stuff !

The team actually played at Hoquiam's Olympic Stadium. Short season A or rookie A. Anyone (old enough) remember this?
