Mahomes has inherited Marino’s role…. Great qb but need more.
Stafford is Plunkett. Always a great qb just got his ass kicked in Detroit but made them contenders and he always stood strong in the pocket. His experience is paying off!!!

Then there’s Kupp. What more can you say … NFL MVP !!!! Eastern Washington Eagle NFL stud. …. And oh some great fly fishing around Cheney too. 😉
 
So nice to see the often maligned Matthew Stafford get the monkey off his back. Finally with some help he gets to a SB. I have no favorite in the Super Bowl, both quarterbacks deserve to win, the game will not be broadcast by Joe Buck and Troy Ache-man. It is a win-win for the fans already.

Major league pitchers and catchers are due to report the day after the SB but the millionaires and billionaires still haven't figured out how to share the billions they will generate over the summer. No matter, on March 1st life begins anew and we will have more enjoyable things to think about. Only 29 days to go!
 
Congrats to the Rams. Well played. I don't think anybody stopped our run game like that this year.


Pretty happy with the Niners season. Overcame some tough times. That said this team was healthy at the right time and built to win.

I'll say this about the 9ers/Rams game -- SUPER disappointing outcome for the Rams. Seahawks would have KILLED the 9ers-- Hawks beat the 9ers TWICE this season both by OVER DOUBLE the points margin that Rams had tonight. Super nervous for the Rams and Rams fan heading into the superbowl on such shaky ground.

Buuuut, I wouldn't mind seeing Von Miller get another SB MVP!

For some reason I can't get my grandfather to see it this way.
I'm excited for this team next year, led by Lance. Deebo is unbelievable fun to watch.

Five Huskies will be in playing on teams in the super bowl.

Pretty rare for a team in the modern era to win in spite of their QB.

Don't get me wrong, JG made some great late game throws. But they were always short and the playmakers made it happen.

Same, plus this year I kept adopting other teams to stay in it. With Hawks and Browns gone I jumped to Chargers with a great young arm and promising team built around. Shit play calling pretty much ended that pick up to and including the last regulation game. Then onto the Bills with most of my fellow Browns fans. We all know that story. Then the Rams with OBJ add, team getting hot at the right time, Kupp being Kupp, and a QB rising to it all. Still crazy they knocked out TB but here we are and, despite all the crap, we have fresh blood and great football in the stretch. I'll take it!
