18" Larson boat for sale

just throwing this out there:
early 2000 Larson open bow boat.
the motor finally gave out after many hours of service.
I replaced the ECU (the electronic brain) on the motor last year and after running it a few times it is giving me the same problem - it won't start.
I'm done with the boat and ready to move on. if someone knows how to work on outboards, this can be a great boat for a young family

The sale:
boat, motor and trailer for 3000.00 as is. lots of extras and more pictures. for a 25 year old boat, it is still in good condition. one seat cushion needs to be re-done. I am in the Renton area.

update:
after I placed an ad on CL, I went back into the boat and while on my back, I started checking all the wires and the connections.
I had a nagging feeling I was missing something - besides a new battery and checking all the fuses.
there are a bunch of wires underneath in a cluster and I did not see anything obvious.
I looked over where some wires are by the throttle and I see one yellow wire has came loose from the connector - could it be one stupid wire? I stripped the wire back and did the old fashion twist the two wires together and wrapped them with electrical tape.
turn the boat key..... and sure as shit, the motor fired up. Are you Efin' kidding me. one small wire....

so long(er) story, but I seem to be back in business.
