This is an Incept 12'6" self bailing raft with a steel rowing frame. It includes 3 Carlisle Oars (over $200 each new) and 2 Rubbermaid 60 quart coolers (used as seats in the frame). It's been in storage for 15 years and has been kept indoors. Has some old patches and rust on the frame, but sound and does not leak. Used it last weekend to float the Yakima and it worked great, just a little too much for my old bones! $1500
