FS 10 x 12 lofted shed

Listing for my mother in law. Honestly I kinda want it, but already have a big shed and nowhere to put this one

Located near Oregon City. She has a guy who can deliver it. I'm working on getting his rates.

Loft shed that I purchased in September 2023. wood floor with metal trim footing for door. two upper thermal pane windows. Two upper storage platforms in the loft area. When ordered I had it vapor barrier wrapped. Black metal roof with side double door.

I can send interior pics once emptied out.
Asking $5000.
