Yep, and there’s nothing better than shoveling snow and walking on ice covered walkways especially at my age. BTW, I lived in an upscale community just north of here on Amelia Island. Our house was 3,500 sq ft, five BR, 4 bath and ourHOA fees were less than $300/ YEAR!😂

Not sure what resident housing costs, insurance, etc are now, we sold our home two years ago. Costs prior to that were nothing like Seattle’s high costs.
