    The good boat deal thread

So it is, I should have actually looked at the photo from the screen shot. The others looked good. That is my bad. I cannot believe I missed that one. Now I'm wondering what the story was there?

    The good boat deal thread

Edit: Bad deal, trailer is bent pretty badly. I cannot believe I missed that... Pretty good deal on a galvanized driftboat trailer if anyone is looking for one.

    Skykomish/Snohomish Post 2025 Flood updates/questions

I had a slip up, I meant to say bull trout and talking to a friend and got browns on the mind. Would be sweet though, if only.

    Skykomish/Snohomish Post 2025 Flood updates/questions

Has anyone floated the Skykomish or Snohomish recently? I went out this afternoon and scouted the launches. Monroe (Skykomish River) - Muddy, but in good condition High Bridge (Snoqualmie river) - 6+ inches of heavy mud/debris built up. Someone had a pallet bonfire in the middle of the parking...

    Looking at Drift Boats

Sorry in advance for the long reply, haha. Agreed, its a good deal. I have a 2006 Clackacraft WF (had a 1982 Clack before that). There are a lot of different configurations for the Clacks, so its a toss up on finding one that meets what is needed. I like a walk around front bench (its a lot...

    Oar Lock Riser/Spacers

Everett. I might take you up on that. A guy on reddit said he found some at Ace that worked great for cheap. I am going to take a look this afternoon and update here in case anyone else is looking, but if that doesnt work I'll let you know.

    Oar Lock Riser/Spacers

For those of you with drift boats/rafts/etc. and long legs, what are you using for risers for the oar locks? I love my Clack, but I am tired of hitting my knees when I am rowing. I already switched from 9.5" oars to 9' oars to change the angle, but I need like an 1" (I am 6'2" and have long...

Can we have a blue gill thread?

Okay while not a bluegill (I believe they were pumpkinseeds) they were beautiful fish, and they were definitely biting today. Pulled in 9, a few more bit and got away. Watching them swim, with the light hitting them it was awesome to see.

Wanted Travel case for 9-10' 2-piece rods with reels

That is good to know. I found one Mountain cork locally, just waiting for them to get back with measurements. They make a 62" so if cannot find a used one, I might just go new.

Wanted Travel case for 9-10' 2-piece rods with reels

Bump, turns out I need a single 62" if possible. My 10' 2-piece is just a bit too long.

    Yakima River

Thanks for the info. The canyon does seem like a safe bet and the views are hard to beat if the fish are not biting. I'll shoot for that and save the farmlands for later.
