nice TR. i went in 1/26, and the airport was full of anglers. i had not been in +10 yrs, so this was a bit of a surprise. there were dudes out on the water every day. neve felt intruded upon, but i think the guides options were limited regarding where to go at times.

when you get a cloudy day with higher than avg wind, its much easier to see the triggers and go stalk them . in those conditions you and the guide cant see the bones

its not bad if you have some experience. the only time clarno gave me any trouble was at 850 cfs. rented a cat for that trip, and t-boned front and back.... :). had to run down a kayaker who flipped in clarno yrs ago. i was cracking first beer below clarno, and the guy floated by - had to...
