I use it on my 4wt Winston for dries on lakes, unlike a forward taper I can easily pull a long line and recast immediately to cover a fish. It an airflo and I love it. Dave

As a kid it was a 6” slow pull of line usually frequently/consistently but depended on in a boat or loch side. Also long bigger, slow pulls, like all fishing you change it up and around till you figure out what works 😀 Dave
