No pix but the pair of osprey have returned to a light pole at a park not far from my house. They called out as they cruised over the neighborhood yesterday afternoon. I’m not much of a birder but they are such cool birds

I’ve been sleeping poorly lately and this past week whenever I wake up and see the bright moon, I think of the crew and the mind blowing wonders they are seeing. ..and sometimes I also wonder if they got the pooper fixed 🤪

These took me forever to finish 🙄. A couple months ago I was inspired by Northern’s use of wine corks to make bass poppers. So I decided to give it a go. I started using a dremel to shape ‘em but found it easier to use my belt sander….of course this was AFTER I lost my grip and fired a few...

I’ve snagged enough fish on or at the adipose to suspect it’s something they do to get rid of unwanted guests…like whack the fly with their tails to get it out of the area. 🤷🏻‍♂️
