I changed out the batteries as I do every year, and when I turn it on, the screen flashes and then nothing. and I think I hear a quick light buzzing and then blank screen. seems like a short to me somewhere. I have reinstalled the batteries (new) a couple of times already. help and thanks dp

all the islands are great and each one offers different things. personally, I enjoy Maui the best. two suggestions: add 2 more days to your trip as the first and last day are not full days due to traveling. look into condo's so you have the option to cook. enjoy!
