    Hopefully that's a good thing!

    Occupy Skagit, on steroids.

I'm in. I have a bunch of old steelhead and salmon flies I don't use that I can cut the hook off just behind the tail. Can't get a ticket for casting practice right? I'll have the GoPro mounted on my chest. I think this is the only way it gets traction.

    Chicken throwing season

Oh you don't catch anything with these chicken flies. I mean, I hope to catch a musky, but you know.... Well, if you've fished for musky you know. Don't fish for musky. Escape while you can! 😁

    Learning to Row Rivers

First, kudos to you being smart, concerned and willing to listen. Those are good first steps. As one that has done it for many years, but still don't consider myself great (or even good) on the sticks, a raft is definitely more forgiving when things go wrong...which they will. Having said that...

    Nice evening on the local

Oh wow, I haven't fished Battle Ground since I was a kid. I lived in Washougal the first 10 years of my life. My dad and his buddy took us kids there a couple times. I remember it being cold and rainy both times, but we caught fish! 😁 I haven't caught up with Steve, or you, yet. Haven't seen...

    Nice evening on the local

Yeah not sure, but having been in lawn care for a couple years before my eventual telecom career, I would argue that the one place you can get that green of a lawn, at this time of year, is western Washington at a place like that. It's got southern exposure and was slightly flooded about a...

    What you watching. 😆

I can't believe nobody has mentioned Paradise yet. It's on Disney/Hulu. Best drama I've seen for years. There have been 2 seasons and they just inked the deal for a 3rd, and final, season. Really good acting and a crazy story line.

    Island trip

Are they using the camping site as a launch? I mean, using a camping spot is pretty douchey, but if they're parking there AND creating their own launch that's double douchery. Trying to see their side...is there adequate parking for a truck and boat trailer there? Or are they paying for the...

    Puget Sound

That should be perfect. I might like the Spey Lite better than the OPST Smooth. And I really like the Smooth! SA did a great job with that line. Would love to hear a report after you've tried it a few times.
