    We ate some last year…and fished a lake that didn't have the big pike that Triangle had, but they were hanging out by the shore under fallen trees into the lake…the gurgler action was great

    After fishing the mouth, then hiking a decent distance up river, we decided to call it quits and head to a different destination. The river was cold, and three feet higher than when I fished it last year…it was too early to fish this river…the fish were still in the lake.

    Beautiful morning leaving Muncho Lake… However, the weather changed quickly on the hour long flight to Rainbow River…as well as the ceiling… Thankfully our destination landing spot appears…

    A lot of wind, and and a lot of work chucking my large (not Clarkman large) pike sliders on the 8wt with a hinging sink tip…managed to bring 15 boatside between 20-28 lbs…lost 6…im really enjoying a cold beer right now…
