I used to sometimes. But, I found that for trout and other smaller fish where you're fishing within 50' (could probably even go 30') that negates any appreciable advantage that a DT may have. Now, front taper on the WF line DOES matter. sometimes.

sadly, did not test at highway speeds....but did great at 50. My Commander is deflated in the back too, so that works....

Personally, I don't like either the rubber (although, looks like they finally wised up and started using Vibram, so that'll help a little) or the studs that come on Korkers soles. Too slick for my taste.

I'm not sure where this one should go...

only caught one sucker in my life (fairly)....they might qualify in the category of extremely prevalent, in water one can get a fly easily to, rarely caught (as much as I fish where they're around, I woulda thought I woulda caught at least a couple more.....fairly). 🍻

none. ok ok....if I HAVE to pick one it would be the ONE. the 10wt in particular...It's just a hand cannon, nothing more, nothing less (which can be exceptionally useful when running and gunning for Mac Tuna in the land down under).

I dunno Rob, even trout fishing is a lot of fun! I don't think there's any sort of enlightenment going on or anything, just taking advantage of what's sitting in front of you and enjoying it.
