    every state/local gov, should be working with the same business system. these folks all have different systems, and nobody knows how they work - with turnover, etc. local control does not provide the oversight folks think it does.

    try 5 C's boat covers in vancouver wa. i got a drifboat cover from them a couple years ago, and it is going strong. robust. they come with some nice rubber rope that you customize to pull it tight over the boat, down to trailer.

    for a nice pdx spot, there is the kennedy school mcmenamins in NE pdx - not far from airport. food is ok - but the place is great to walk thru, and beer is ok. i like Wonderly up on NE fremont. its a small bar, with limited but good menu/food.
