I’m glad I bought the korkers redesigned removable soles. I actually thought the studded would be best but clearly I was wrong. Felt will be what I wear. I wear an 8.5 wide shoe and bought the 9. I hope I have the room for the waders.

I purchased a pair of Korkers wadding boots today then saw a new guy fly fishing (he said he was new to the sport) in clogs. I saw clogs for sale at the place where I buy my gear. Are clogs the way to go? The store certainly had more pairs of clogs to choose from than boots.

Skill set well earned no doubt.

You can still out tie me and probably be a better quality fly at that.

I do very much want to learn to tie flies. I hope to learn one day.
