I think that most folk in the PNW are fairly salmon savvy, though I shouldn’t take myself as an example. I’ve had work experience processing salmon in Alaska and also worked for NOAA on their research ships. Since I do a lot of cooking at home, I picky about the fish I buy. So probably not...

Somewhat productive but not as much as many other lakes you could otherwise go to. Still, so long as the wind doesn’t get gnarly and only kicks out the occasional moderate to soft gust, you can have fun dry fly fishing terrestrials. A second rod rigged with a floating line comes in handy for that.
