Some inexpensive Cabela's and Ross 6 and 7 wt switch rods over on SP right now. Also the big auction site has Shakespeare Oracle 2 switch rods from UK for pretty cheap. I recently bought a 9'6" 7 wt Shakey O that's pretty sweet. Came with two additional fighting butts for single hand spey use.

Looks like a crossover rod, CP or DH, possibly mooching. Put a Silex on it and hang it on the wall.
