Birds are getting frisky, lots of geese & ducks paired up. I watched 3 Bald Eagles doing some rather focused flying this morning. No aerial battles though.

Lots of eagles & hawks about, most of them quite spooky. Saw Kestrels, Harriers & a Red Tail, but got no shots. The big birds gave me some long range opportunities. Glad I took the big lens, even if it is a chore to swing.

Lucked out & got ahead of the Snow Geese as they transitioned from field to refuge.

Slipped out before Grand Daughter's gymnastic event. Night Heron rookery and a lone Pelican

Nice. Rich! Wanted to go there this morning, but only had a couple hours to get out, so stayed close.

The Seeger Effect slipped into the Tri Cities area under cover of darkness last night.

He was great in every role, especially as as a cowboy.

Here's a Storm Widgeon from a couple years ago.

Lots of Widgeon, but no Storm Widgeons or Eurasions; my quest continues. Crappy venue. Ring Billed Gulls?
