I usually plant about 200 cloves. Did you find a company you liked? Also will plan on going to the Chehalis Garlic Festival to see...

    Pet behavior

Zoey is my girl. She was a born a feral and was destined to be outside. When she was a baby she would sit on my lap. After she was older she was whining to go outside. I tried the leash on her but she fought that. After a few years she was difficult to get back in the house. I finally trained...

Potential Upgrade Fish Finder for Outcast Scout Pontoon

I use the Garmin Striker CV 5 older version of Vivid and when setup properly I can actually see my swivel and two chironomid flies on the screen. The 5” is great for failing older eyes and split screen. Would be interested in what you get.

What have you done for your boat lately?

So do I, but for some reason the latch did not pop. After I lock it I always give it a couple lifts to check to make sure it’s good. Just needed to tighten the nut and make sure the nut lock was set correctly.

What have you done for your boat lately?

Been using a trailer over a year for my pram. Yesterday, while launch my pram, as I was dropping it into the lake my coupler popped off the ball as the weight shifted to the backend. The latch was locked when I left and I drove over 35 miles on the freeway. It was a pain to pull it back up the...

I have white rot in my garlic.😡 Decided it was in some chicken compost I bought. Look like after I amended my soil I found multiple bags with mold after I poured them out in other beds. I have decided not to ever buy that brand again. Will dig and remove all beds I plan to grow garlic or any...

    NFR Owl House help

Dang that is a big house. I never knew they were so big. I read that it should have wood chips not sawdust in the bottom. I wonder if the paint has a leftover odor that makes it unappealing to them.

USPS inefficiency with a simple shipment

$19.95 for my rod repair/replacement to Redington with USPS. Only thing was supposed to be delivered in 3 days but took 5 days from 98118 to 98110. I retired from USPS after 37 years, 13 years ago when delivery standard’s mattered to us as workers. We took pride in delivering all the mail at the...

USPS inefficiency with a simple shipment

He also changed the service standards for overnight delivery for local area to allow more time thus improving delivery scores during his tenure. Instead of three day service outside of local service areas it is now five days. I sent my Redington rod in for evaluation (replacement) and it took 5...

    Going back a few years

Great memories for you all. I am sorry I never met up with you guys and fish some of those great lakes. Even the ones that produced small fish were a joy. My wife says I can’t go alone anymore, but I never fish with anybody. I am a grumpy old loner she says without any friends.🤓

Leftover edging that I never used. It’s an experiment to add more compost and get roots growing at the base? I can’t dig any deeper to plant due to clay and rocks.

    2026 Gardening Growing Thread

Got my tomatoes, peppers, tomatillos in this last week. Garlic is growing well, hoping they do not develop any fungus, disease or rust. Fava beans (planted last Oct/Nov are growing well. Surprised how long they take to produce and tie up space just like garlic. Potatoes are growing well.
