What you watching. 😆

[clarkman]

my teenager and I went to see Endgame over the weekend since they released it again in the theaters. Fantastic. One of my favorite Marvel movies (outside of the Guardians of the Galaxy ones). We're both really looking forward to Doomsday (several great post-credit scenes for it at this showing of Endgame).

I just wish we had a 4DX/3D theater here in PDX. Seeing Spider-Man: Brand New Day at the one up in SEA a couple months ago was just awesome!

I saw a very intense docudrama about Hitler's last days in Berlin...eyewitness account from Hitler's secretary Traudl Junge who survived the war...Downfall on Prime

Rewatched a western...The Thicket...well done. Juliette Lewis (Cape Fear) plays Cutthroat Bill...she was excellent.

Marshall is back with season2. Great ending!

Watched the first episode of this last night. Good so far, albeit a bit of a slow burn.

Saw Disclosure Day on the plane on my phone…I think I will rewatch it on the big screen…very interesting, Steven Spielberg…

Watched the first episode of this last night. Good so far, albeit a bit of a slow burn.

I forgot to mention that the soundtrack is top notch too. Gordon Lightfoot (Sundown), The Waterboys (Fisherman’s Blues), and Danzig (Mother) all in the first episode.

My, 5th, maybe, watching of The Outfit. What a great old school suspense movie.

Oregon Football on CBS. Bruins are giving the Ducks a hard time. Need a under the Ducks heineys.

[Snopro]

Ducks offense looks terrible. D has been ok. QB switch at 13:30. He can't be any worse.

Gangster Squad. That cast had some legends tucked into it

[SurfnFish]

'Taming The Mouth' on Amazon Prime, excellent documentary on the Columbia River Bar, with a wide scope explaining the history of the region, the deadly dynamics of the bar, how the Columbia River is sourced by rivers all the way to the Continental Divide, and the core of the story, construction and rebuild of the bar jetties....two big thumbs up

VMA Awards. Was Madonna high?

Below Deck. Captain Kerry is on a 90-meter yacht in Thailand. It sure is beautiful there! I watch for the scenery, not the drama.

Season 4 of the "Diplomat".

I watched the new Carrie miniseries on Prime. A well-crafted and modernized re-telling of the Stephen King classic. I realized that I had never seen the original 1976 film adaptation, so I gave that a whirl. Guessing it was probably pretty decent back in 1976, but the miniseries blew it out of the water from an entertainment standpoint. Then I watched the 2013 remake with Julianne Moore. That one was better, but still nowhere near the series.

I'm now a couple of episodes into Crystal Lake on Peacock. I've never seen any of the Friday the 13th films (I was pretty sheltered as a kid), but this one, like Carrie, is well-written and holding my attention.
