I cruise through a few sports sites most days, but its getting harder and harder to sort through all the click bait to find the actual information I'm looking for. Now certain people feel the need to report that crap here and this thread is cluttered with it.

No worries, I've been talking with the Landman to restore fishing access ASAP.
Hunter was a piece of work. His place, the Owl Farm where he raised peacocks, was up in Woody Creek just a few miles from me. During the summer our restaurant next to the shop was one of his favorite watering holes with the huge deck outside on the river. Hunter would often arrive a little after 5 when all the guides were in the shop restocking their fly boxes and getting supplies for the next days sports. In would walk Hunter with a bevy of mostly braless sweet young things and proceed to have them try on clothing. We had one small dressing room barely large enough for one person so the ladies would proceed to try on the shirts and tops that Hunter would select while standing amongst the clothing displays. Hunter would sit back and cackle as he watched the guide's jaws drop. When all the ladies had an outfit of their choice Hunter would pay the bill and head across to the bar, entourage in tow, to enjoy a few brews. He was always good for 8-10 K in clothing sales over the course of the summer. Good times were had by all.

I bet Roger and his band of malcontents are sitting in NY hoping like hell that the author(s) turn up missing and 7 BB teams have 15 game winning streaks in order to put this on page 17.
The fact that hockey made the decisions quite some time ago to better protect the players in a game that’s faster, possibly more dangerous and with much larger players than when helmets became mandatory should have sent a message.
Didn’t want to throw a bucket of water on the flaming run up to this coming season but i think this story will have legs that the NFL, NCAA, and youth sports will have to address sooner, not later. Speaking from experience of multiple concussions, one of which had me unconscious for 9 hours I’ll never get back at a H/R of 32 bpm, I can’t imagine the number of concussions that are reported as dingers by teams, granted less so now than before, but still out there. This story won’t go away.
And if you’re wondering, when I head toward the last Spring Creek in the netherworld, the brain, or what’s left of it is headed to the Boston U CTE center. Back to our regularly scheduled program.

Listened to an interesting piece on Tua, now with the Falcons, who has had many serous concussions in his young career. When interviewed he stated he knew well the increasing risks he was taking, said it was worth it to him as he has made enough money to secure his extended families financial security.
Much sadder is our vet's who come back from war, especially those who have been severely concussed by adjacency to IED's. Data reflects the more severe the concussion, the more likely the severity of PTSD = a greater risk of suicide and early dementia, while the VA continues to medically under service them.
