Power Inverter for car camping - wattage?

Looking for a power inverter for car camping to do things like inflate an air mattress. Most of the popular ones with good reviews are 300w or higher. My subaru says 120w or somewhere around there is what I should use for the outlets in the car. Is a 300w inverter fine if I'm just charging a laptop or using an electric pump for the mattress and keep the load low? Don't want to blow a fuse in the car.

For a mattress, it might be easier to find a DC one that can run straight from the battery?

I just mean, you may be able to find DC solutions for both of your listed needs. That would eliminate the need for an inverter.

Too bad you posted this a day late, I picked one of these up on Prime Day for 199$ and am returning the 1000 watt inverter I was planning on installing as with all of the other parts needed it would have cost me more in the long run.
It's still a good deal if you can get it for this price.
