Live birds

I sense a bbq/fly tying party in the future.

I'm sure a bunch of you hunters have some good pheasant recipes.

Those will be nice birds once a little older. Remember that nice chestnut brown pheasant rump we used to get. It's rare now because birds are slaughtered once they reach marketable size. That brown feather on a ringneck comes with age. The mellanistic crosses will produce darker feathers. It makes raising these birds interesting because you never know what you'll get. A friend of my parents had a pheasant hatchery and I still have some different feathers from his birds.

I have a couple of large tape worms in a jar of alcohol. I got them from my cat. I might be willing to trade them for the right feathers.
