Very cool! I owned that exact model but in the lighter 5 weight version back in the late 80's before I got my first graphite rod. I think I'd appreciate it more now than I did back then because I felt under-gunned when trying to reach cutts rising in the Yellowstone River about 70' beyond my wading spot. But it was a sweet rod overall.
