Good boat net

I've been hanging on to a crappy nylon rope basket net that I got a few years back. The net has worked well for big fish, but I need to replace it with either a nylon basket or a whole different net setup. Years ago, I floated with a guy who had a nice folding net, but haven't been able to find one like it anywhere. Does anyone have a favorite net for salmon/steelhead fishing? I'm primarily looking for a drift boat net.

Go with rubber over nylon

You can also buy a replacement net if you already have a net/handle you like. This is the large net, but you’d want to measure your hoop first.

I have a boat net a lot like this one, but with a "push button" telescoping handle. I like it.

I wouldn't say it's tight, but I like a tidy boat. Plus, a net is just another thing for the line to get caught on.

When space is limited the frabill stoable has been very useful. Saves a reasonable amount of space on my little smokercraft. Decent walking stick as well whe going to post hole walk in situation.
