Update: Owner found and rods returned!
Found two rods today in the parking area at a popular east Jefferson county SRC beach. I think the owner might have been driving a newish dark blue/grey/black subaru forester or similar SUV and left a few minutes before me at dusk. I'd love to get these back to him or whoever lost them as I'm sure they will be missed. Spencer 360-302-0844. Chunky searun pic for fun.
