Roper, that rod is a terrific copy of Payne’s highly popular 102 taper. It hits a perfect balance of easy casting, highly capable short medium or long, and sweet feel. Medium fast leaning toward the medium end, it’s perfect for smaller flies and dries. You’re going to really enjoy that one! Ron

I already do, threw a 6wt line on it. I can feel it load better. Now to finish my shop chore and maybe hit Lone.
