It's that time of year again!
Come join North Sound Trout Unlimited & friends at Howard Miller Steelhead Park in Rockport, WA for Skagit River Speyapalooza: May 20th from 10am-4pm. All skill levels welcome - from the newcomer to the seasoned pro. We'll have BBQ lunch from Smokers ChopHouse, gear demos, fly tying, small group casting classes, awesome raffle prizes, and much more.

This year, we're dedicating more time for folks to get in the water and test out all kinds of spey rods and reels from a variety of vendors. For those interested in free, small group casting classes, please register on Eventbrite through the link provided below. If you'd rather go at your own pace, just show up and grab some gear! No need to register for a class.

Entry is free, but bring cash/card for raffle prizes and lunch donations. Bring yer waders! If you need waders/boots, let us know at least two weeks in advance. We don't want anything to stand in the way of you and Speyapalooza 2023!

NSTU is offering limited campsites at Howard Miller Steelhead Park on May 19th and 20th. If interested in reserving a campsite, please read the important notes and follow the steps below.

IMPORTANT NOTE #1: Each site can accommdate two tents/rigs. To accomodate as many campers as we can in the limited amount of spaces that we have, we encourage folks to partner up with buddies and split one site. You get to split the cost of a site and camp with friends...we get to make room for as many attendees as we can. Win Win.

IMPORTANT NOTE #2: Campsites are reserved as a packaged two-night deal. There is no option for reserving one night a time.

IMPORTANT NOTE #3: No more than two cars are allowed at a single site.

IMPORTANT NOTE #4: If you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, you must email northsoundtu@gmail.com immediately. We expect there to be a waitlist, and we want to fill the spots. Don't be a no show, yo.

Here's how this is going to work:
1. Read the important notes above.
2. Go to NSTU's secure donation page to "purchase" a 2023 Speyapalooza Camping ticket. Do NOT purchase more than one ticket.
3. Send an email to northsoundtu.org with your name (so we can check that you paid) and how many tents AND people are in your party.
4. Stay tuned for check in details as we get closer to the event.
5. Get excited!

I went last year and enjoyed it, barring weird tragedy I'll be there again.
