    Narrow down line choices

    That 8134 I LOVED with a 54 7/8 Gaelforce. Amazing combo. Ballistic lines has a multi tip system called the launcher if you are wanting something more for tips. If fishing a rage, Gaelforce, then you might want to look at a full skagit rod. That way you would have every condition covered.

    Clearwater River Rod Advice?

    I have one of those 9140 rods will handle any fish you run into out here. I fished it with a 9/10 delta. So a Gaelforce 54 or Vector 9/10 should be a good match for that rod. I have seen everything from 6wt switch rods to 17' 10/11 rods. Ealry run with the water still high I fish my sage 8124-3...
