OK, here's a 1st attempt at an actual mini-baitfish school imitation. A bit rough but not seeing how this would problematic casting or retrieving. Probably half the total material in a normal baitfish pattern and nothing to snag or tangle. The "decoy" flies are attached to 20# FC tags via loops secured with thread and flexible UV resin.

Missing Link Fall Drake

Although originally tied as a caddis, it should work as a mayfly, too (Hecuba shown here); guess you could add a shuck if that naked back end is an issue.

Last 2. The Seahawks colors wasn’t intentional, gunna need to tie a Steelers one now. Surprised how the Seahawks bug turned out considering I was using blue bucktail (didn’t have blue body hair)

I saw a complex twist streamer pattern in Silver & Black…a Raiders streamer…

Those look awesome. Could you describe how you foul free the tail? Always an issue for me with big baitfish streamers.
