smallie snacks on a 2/0 610 and one on a 1/0 B10S. I found this off-white longer natural dubbing from FTD that I mixed with a tiny bit of titan dub for the head just to see how it looks. I like how it looks dry, can't wait to get it wet. It's pretty fine, so should move really really well, but that also usually means that it'll tangle super easily as well.

dropped in to the fly tying night to see if anyone would show....ended up whipping this little tuna fly together. I'm really digging this style as the pause on the strip is really erratic. At least that's the case without eyes. I'm hoping that with the eyes it'll swim the same.

body - Ice Dub tan
wing - Congo Hair white
hackle - grizzly/ginger
head/overbody - 1mm foam tan

Hook – Gamakatsu T10-6H or equivalent

Thread - Black

Tip - Flat gold tinsel

Tail - Black hackle barbs

Ribbing - Oval gold tinsel

Body - Dubbed with yellow lamb's wool or wool yarn

Throat – Claret hen hackle

Wing - Dyed yellow gray squirrel tail

Cheeks - Dyed kingfisher blue hen hackle tip tied in at each side
