I’ve never tried those but yeah they should flutter when stripped fast.
I feel like it should, but I also wanna give them a good swim test before I really commit....lol. Regardless, I'll have a few in the box.

thread - SemperFli 8/0 tan
tail - mottled ginger (butt end of a saddle)
rib - small wire copper
abdomen - bleached pheasant tail
thorax - Ice Dub hare’s ear tan
shoulder - mottled ginger
collar/head - caribou

thread - Uni 8/0 fire orange
tail — yarn golden yellow
rib - small wire gold
body - dyed orange olive (2 Tsp Rit Neon Green 1/4 Tsp Rit Sunshine Orange/2 cups water)
hackle - dyed orange olive
1st shoulder - dyed hot orange (1 Tsp Rit Golden Yellow, 1 Tsp Rit Sunshine Orange, 1/8Tsp Rit Scarlet/1 cup water)
2nd shoulder - partridge dyed Silver Doctor Blue (2 packs Koolaid Ice Blue Raspberry/1 cup water)

Hook: Umpqua U104 #4
Eyes: Black double pupal, small
Tail: 2 Brown marabou w/ copper flashabou
Body: Copper olive polar chenille and brown grizzly palmered hackle
Legs: Brown/tan rubber legs
Collar: Mallard flank died wood duck
Head: Copper olive polar chenille
Note: copper Estaz is the appropriate body material, but clipped polar chenille work in a pinch.
