Incorporates the mono core I use for Carnage style flies as opposed to the old building it on a needle technique; provides a much more stable body.

Hi @Scottp I vaguely remember you doing a SBS, tutorial or just explaining how you tie in your muddler heads. I think you do it in a way where you dont have to trim this, am I remembering correctly?

I found this one on the old WFF site. Borrowed Ryan Houston’s technique; he usually leaves his as-is but mine never turn out as good and I have to do a little trimming. I don’t tie all my muddlers like that any more but it’s still my favorite.
