Cayuga duck

I believe I saw one of these while out walking recently. A first I thought it looked like a really dark mallard.
They are as I understand it a domestic duck, but a fowl bucket biologist may have released some.
They have cool looking feathers that look similar in appearance to peacock.
Anyone ever tie anything with Cayuga duck feathers, if they are even available?
